What practical applications have sprung from your work?
As you know, nowadays fuel cells are attracting an enormous
interest as power sources for electric vehicles, residential
co-generation systems, and portable electric devices.
Where do you see this research going 10 years from now?
We will work more extensively in the field of the next generation
of materials and also co-operate with companies for their application
in practical systems.
What lessons would you draw from your work to share with the next
generation of researchers?
(1) Work on significantly important topics; (2) don't say
"impossible"; (3) enjoy your own research; (4) always think
to combine basic research to the practical application and pick up
research topics from the latter.
